Are you or someone you know interested in learning Taekwondo? If so, this is the place right here. I had 3 places picked out to visit. My daughter and I went to Mr. Conrad first. We were sold right there. But, I wanted to be fair, so we checked out the 2nd one. We looked at each other within 10 minutes and said, nope . We didn’t even go to the third one. We agreed that no one could come close to Mr. Conrad. So, later that week we went bouncing right back to Mr. Conrad, signed up, my grandson took the class, was either in tears or used all his strength and energy to stop the tears, and got his uniform. I was so nervous thinking he was going to tell us he did not want to do that place. But, he didn’t say that. He was happy about getting his uniform and had to shake off the almost coming to tears; and so he goes 3 days a week. Mr. Conrad is so much more than a Taekwondo instructor. He’s encouragement, he’s a therapist, he’s discipline, he’s concerned, he’s patient, he’s passionate, he’s love, and he shows and gives them respect, but he is also firm and serious. My grandson will talk to Mr. Conrad about things he may not talk to his mom or me, his granny about. He truly respects Mr. Conrad. Come by and try a class out. Don’t let Mr. Conrad’s firmness or loud voice scare you away. You will actually appreciate it. The teachers at my grandson’s school told me one day when I was there. We heard about Mr. Conrad. We don’t know him but whenever Stefan goes left, all we have to do is say his name and Stefan will straighten up. They say we keep his name in our back pockets. I said do what works for you. Mr. Conrad has had to come to the school a couple of times last year. So far this year he has not had to. Mr. Conrad has truly been a blessing. We have seen the change and improvement in Stefan. Stefan has ADHD, ODD, which means he has behavioral problems, but, he’s become so much more disciplined since being with Mr. Conrad. Let me tell you, Mr. Conrad can tell you some stories about Stefan. So, come give him a Mr. Conrad a try.

We joined as we came out of Covid and stick to it because of the physical and mental growth we have witnessed. Unlike many of the other students here I have over 29 years of practice and study in Taekwondo. At 69 I am still learning from Master Jenkins. I am able to perfect my Taequek forms because Master Jenkins is an international forms judge. I am getting gains in my physical fitness, and definitely my focus. He has drills and new age equipment to decrease my reaction time and increased my speed. My balance and flexibility has increased also. His self defense lessons are real. No robot routines in his studio. Self defense at this studio sharpens your instincts rather than routines that don't work. Master Jenkins can take you as far as your work ethic will allow.

Both of my girls go here, my oldest practically lives there. She trains 5 and 6 days a week and this is far and away the best place we have been to. Master Conrad not only teaches them Taekwondo but also discipline and other values that they will use throughout their lives. We have started to travel all over the country for tournaments and he is always in their corner coaching them up. He cares about his students from a Taekwondo perspective as well as their personal lives. His coaching has been amazing for my daughters and I can't think of a better place for my kids to want to spend their time. They are growing and do not even realize it.
